This school year has been nothing short of remarkable. Universities, schools, and districts across the country have gone above and beyond to reimagine the classroom, support student learning and wellbeing, and make school a safe, welcoming, and uplifting place. Today’s digital imperative has created a wave of change across education, one where K-12 schools and higher education institutions are having to pivot quickly to support their communities in a whole new way. Here at Salesforce.org we’re committed to supporting education institutions on their digital transformation journey with Education Cloud innovations designed to support the needs for your students, families, faculty and staff today. Here are some highlights from our Winter release.

Provide a Unified Application Experience with Admissions Connect

Recruitment and Admissions teams, are you ready? Admissions Connect — built on the Salesforce platform — is launching and will be available to early adopter customers. This new application and decisioning product utilizes the Education Data Architecture (EDA) and is designed to ease the admissions process for K-12 and higher education institutions.

With Admissions Connect, institutions will be able to provide a unified experience for both applicants and admissions teams. This includes driving applicant engagement, streamlining application management and review, as well as working smarter with 360-degree visibility and insights.
