Designing Salesforce solutions for reuse – Josh Dennis, Deloitte Digital Australia
In this session we’ll discuss,
Salesforce offers organisations a flexible, agile platform to manage their business processes on. Between its declarative development tools, AppExchange products, and code, rich functionality can be delivered to users incredibly quickly. However, sometimes the question should be asked: should I architect this solution in such a way that it can be easily reusable across the organisation?
Join us as Josh Dennis, Salesforce Functional Lead at Deloitte Digital, discusses the concept of ‘productising’ your Salesforce solutions for reuse: identifying functional patterns in business requirements, what declarative and coding patterns can be leveraged to support reusability, and examples of this approach to delivering reusable components being employed across the Salesforce community.
