Tickets sales have begun for The 5th Annual Denver Design Week  conference which will be held this year from October 19-23. DDW is a week-long celebration of Colorado’s most innovative and relevant architecture, design and technology projects and people — a showcase of the thriving design community with over 25+ virtual presentations, panel discussions and keynote speakers.

In addition to the video sessions, which start on October 19, Denver Design Week also debuts two new features this year – A Colorado Creatives Gallery Showcase and an outdoor art space at Stanley Marketplace. The Gallery Showcase has over 35+ Colorado makers and artists who will have a photo gallery of their work, along with a link to their studio’s website. Their creations include handmade furniture, textiles, stationary, pottery, jewelry and paintings for sale.

To provide a safe, in-person experience, DDW is also working with six local artists to create an outdoor art space at Stanley Marketplace in Aurora and their installations will be on display outside from October 19-23. The participating artists are Autumn T. Thomas, Viviane Le Courtois, Rian Kerrane, Jodie Roth Cooper, Sean O’Neill and Lio BUMBAKiNi. Each artist is designing a unique piece which will be on display for the week and they include metal sculptures, wood elements and a video projection. Visiting the outdoor art space is free.

Tickets are $20 to access the 25+ virtual design sessions and to gain access to a virtual goody bag with local deals and discounts valued at over $500. To purchase, visit www.denverdesignweek.com.
