Fortnight Collective has announced it is expanding its leadership team, naming Adam Chasnow Partner/Chief Creative Officer — a newly-created role for the Colorado-based accelerator.

Chasnow will be charged with leading and developing the agency’s creative team, and Fortnight’s namesake “Collective,” a group of more than 150 creative thought-leaders made up of creative directors, writers, art directors, designers, developers and technologists. He will also provide creative leadership for existing clients and will play an integral role in expanding new client business opportunities globally via the agency’s Boulder and London offices.

“As we embark upon our fifth year, we remain committed to helping brands be better, faster by eliminating overthink and over-preciousness,” said Fortnight Collective’s Founder and CEO, Andy Nathan. “Adam is a proven creative leader who will play a big part in our evolution.”

Chasnow was most recently Executive Creative Director, Co-Lead, Creative, at CPB, where he led the agency’s creative department. He brings to Fortnight global experience in marketing automotive, technology, food and alcohol brands after leading creative for Infiniti, Vrbo, Xbox, Microsoft Windows, ABInBev’s Goose Island Beer Co., Amstel and several Kraft Heinz brands, including the award-winning “World’s Largest Blind Taste Test” campaign for the reformulation of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Earlier in his career he was Creative Director and Associate Partner at 180 Amsterdam, and worked at Goodby, Silverstein and Partners, Cliff Freeman and Partners and DDB. He was named to Adweek’s Creative 100 in 2016. He is also on the Board of Directors of Colorado Conservatory for the Jazz Arts and serves as their Marketing Chair.

“I’ve watched Fortnight Collective grow from nearby, and I’ve admired how they’ve stayed focused on removing the obstacles that get in the way of making smart marketing decisions,” said Chasnow. “The opportunity to tap into the existing ‘Collective’ of creative talent from across the globe, and expand on it, was a large part of my decision to join.”

This leadership expansion comes on the heels of growth for Fortnight Collective, which was recently named agency of record for Noodles & Co. and Wholesome Sweeteners, adding to a robust client roster with brands including Mondelez, Patagonia Provisions, Health-Ade Kombucha and Odell Brewing Company, which Fortnight recently helped expand into the canned wine and hard kombucha categories.
