The Offtype.Net Painter and the Offtype.Net online services are provided "as-is," without any express or implied warranty. In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software or online services.

You agree and acknowledge that you shall not use the Offtype.Net Service (or any part thereof) (i) to solicit for advertisers or sponsors; (ii) to conduct raffles or contests of any type; or (iii) to display a sponsorship banner of any kind, including those that are generated by banner or link exchange services. You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware including Offtype.Net.

You will be solely responsible for all elements of the Content loaded by or for you using Offtype.Net including but not limited to all drawings, designs, textual information digitally displayed through the Offtype.Net. The Content shall not (i) be pornographic, obscene, indecent or of an “adult” sexual nature; (ii) violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party; (iii) be libelous; (iv) advocate or promote violence or conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; (v) promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or otherwise; (vi) be harmful to children; (vii) give rise to a civil liability or (viii) otherwise be illegal. Recognizing the global scope of the Internet, you further agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of electronic data exported from the country in which you reside.

You acknowledge that Offtype.Net may (but is not obligated to) pre-screen content, and that Offtype.Net shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to reject or remove any element of the Content that is available through Offtype.Net services or any other part of the Website at any time, for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any of the Content.

Offtype.Net :: server rules

Offtype.Net server allows creating 10 images per 12 hours per one IP address. The minimum time allowed between two savings is 20 seconds. Content ("Image") will be automatically removed from the webserver after 30 days of no hits. We reserve the right to remove content from the server at any time and for any reason although we have no duty to do so.

Modifications to Service:

Offtype.Net reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the Offtype.Net shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
